Privacy policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Breezy Boardcottags Ltd operates breezyboardcottags.com and the European Tiny Home Atlas. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the site or use the contact form.
Information collected
The site may receive your name, email address, topic, project type, approximate home size, location and message when you submit the contact form. We also receive technical information normally supplied by a browser, such as device type, browser version, IP address and request timing, where this is made available by our hosting provider in ordinary server logs.
Purposes and lawful bases
Form information is used to read, organise and respond to enquiries. The lawful basis may be consent, steps requested before a potential service relationship, or legitimate interest in managing correspondence. Server information is used for security, reliability and technical operation. We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, profiling or email marketing.
Cookies and processors
The implemented script stores a local browser preference named cookieChoice so the consent banner does not reappear after a selection. This is local storage, not an analytics cookie. The website host, email provider and form-handling environment may process information as service providers. We do not sell contact information.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain business records or resolve a dispute. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s operational retention practices. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. People in the EEA, UK and Switzerland may complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including access, correction, deletion and information about disclosure practices. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Service providers may operate in countries outside your home jurisdiction. Where required, appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards should be used. Contact us for more information about the relevant processing arrangement.
Children and changes
The site is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the site, law or processing changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
