Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms govern use of breezyboardcottags.com and its European Tiny Home Atlas content. By browsing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and print reasonable portions for personal or internal reference. Do not interfere with operation, probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape content at a disruptive scale, impersonate another person or use the site to breach law or another person’s rights.

User obligations

Information submitted through the contact form should be accurate and should not contain confidential material that you do not want transmitted by ordinary internet systems. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any information obtained here is appropriate to your project, location and circumstances.

The atlas provides general editorial information about European tiny homes. It is not architectural, engineering, legal, planning, surveying, financial or construction advice. It does not confirm that a design is lawful, transportable, insurable, safe or suitable for a particular site. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, text, layout, branding, graphics and original code belong to Breezy Boardcottags Ltd or are used with permission. You may not reproduce substantial portions, sell the material, remove attribution or create a competing database without written permission.
